Hutchins Health Insurance does not sell personal information for money. If privacy laws applicable to your location define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly, this page explains how to submit a request to limit that activity where required by law.

What We May Share

We may share information with service providers, insurance carriers, general agents, enrollment partners, or other vendors when needed to provide services, respond to a request, operate the website, or complete a quote-related process. That type of sharing is different from selling personal information for money.

Your Right To Opt Out

If you are a resident of a state that gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, you may submit a request using the contact information below. We will review the request and respond as required by applicable law. If allowed by law, you may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Verification

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If you use an authorized agent, we may ask for information that allows us to confirm the agent’s authority and your identity, subject to applicable law.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised a privacy right where such protections apply by law.
